Tanween Media — Governed AI Content Workflow

Challenge

Tanween Media's content team was producing campaign material for multiple brands under tight deadlines. Leadership wanted the speed of AI-assisted drafting without the risk: no unreviewed output reaching clients, no rights-unclear imagery, and a full record of who approved what.

Solution

PEAK designed a governed content workflow concept: AI-assisted first drafts for copy and visual directions, with mandatory human-review gates, rights verification for all visual references and versioned approval records. Every output carried a visible status — draft, reviewed or approved — so nothing left the studio ambiguous.

Delivery

The concept was prototyped inside the PEAK AI Lab framework as a demonstration: workflow stages, role-based permissions and approval transitions were modeled and tested as pure logic before any interface was designed. The demonstration was presented to Tanween's editorial and commercial leads for validation.
